A sleek ocean-front villa in Ahangama,
at the heart of Sri Lanka’s South Coast.
With three ensuite airconditioned bedrooms, swimming pool and direct access to a well-regarded surf-break,
this villa is perfect for sun and surf-loving couples, families or friendship groups.
The centre of the property is an L-shaped open-plan kitchen/living area. This space is dual aspect with glassed doors out on to the dining verandah to the pool beyond and similar access to the oceanfront part of the garden with views across the surf-break to a small island – magical!
The three bedrooms are all accessed from this central space. Two bedrooms have ocean views and open to the veranda, whilst the third is to the rear of the property.
Outside is a huge veranda with a large dining table and a range of comfortable outdoor chairs and loungers.
The pool is right next to the veranda.
There is a gate from the garden directly to the oceanfront. Note that this stretch is not a beach as such, however there is access for surfers over some large boulders.
Lace House is a full-service villa and comes with staff to look after you – they will take care of all the housekeeping and cooking leaving you with nothing to do but relax and enjoy your holiday.
If you prefer, you are welcome to self-cater – the kitchen is fully equipped.
There is WiFi coverage – with high-speed fibre internet – throughout the property along with wired network ports in strategic locations.
